Construction at 287 East Houston Street condominiums is heating up. Several months into construction activities, the forthcoming condo building was breached by the plywood perimeter, and now sits at three stories. Upon completion, the building will boast 28 apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, two maisonettes, and a duplex penthouse with private outdoor space. The new Lower East Side project, developed by Hogg Holdings and Vinci Partners USA, will also offer a roof deck with outdoor kitchen, bicycle storage, and fitness room.
